Mindfulness Space: Weekly Meditation Sit
Join our weekly Monday evening meditation sit.
This weekly sit is for anyone who has an interest in strengthening their own mindfulness practice. We are a supportive community of practitioners who are made up of teachers, school support professionals, and mindful leaders. Through strengthening our own practice with mindfulness, we hope to increase our capacity to skillfully bring mindfulness to the classroom. All are welcome.
NOTE: You only need to register on Zoom once and can then use the link provided by Zoom to attend all Monday sits.
