These are unprecedented times, and we could all use a mindful space to support our well-being. This weekly drop-in meditation group is open to everyone. No previous experience is required. Now Children teachers will offer simple practice instruction through guided meditation to help you become more present, resilient, and wise. This practice time is foundational to your wellbeing as well as supportive of the wellbeing of your students. This sit is freely offered.
